Questions restaurants ask us
Do I need to change my POS or ordering system?
No. SMAKRA only replaces the paper or PDF menu. Guests read the menu on their phone or a tablet and order with your staff as usual.
How do translations work?
Write the menu once in your own language. On Standard and Plus, SMAKRA translates it automatically into 20+ languages and guests pick their language on the menu. Free shows the menu in one language.
What does 'per location' mean on Plus?
Plus is priced per restaurant. Two restaurants on Plus are two Plus subscriptions, each with its own menus, domain and analytics, managed from one account.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free. All prices are shown excluding VAT (25% in Sweden).
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, or by invoice. If you prefer an invoice, choose a plan and request one from your dashboard; we set it up the same business day.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your menu stays online on the Free plan, so guests never see a dead QR code.
